Demulsifiers are used to break emulsions (that is, to separate the two phases). The type of demulsifier selected depends on the type of emulsion, either oil-in-water or water-in-oil.

  • B-2001

    B-2001 is a general purpose batching demulsifier chemical for problem emulsions, production stimulation, and anti-sludge applications.

  • B-2508

    This slugging compound is generally used to clean up interface and treater emulsion pads. B-2508 is primarily designed to treat emulsion pads attributed to the presence of solid materials such as iron sulfides, asphaltene, or fine solids that are produced during fireflood projects
