Cut and Caps
Having an environmental service provider supervise cut and cap operations as part of the reclamation process, saves our clients considerable time and money. As part of cut and cap supervision, we conduct a Gas Migration Test (where applicable), a Phase 1 Site Visit and a Pre-Reclamation assessment. For wells that only require a Phase 2 assessment at well centre, we recommend completing the remediation/collecting confirmatory samples from the well center while excavating, instead of performing an additional line locate and mobilizing coring or excavation equipment to the site. By completing these services at the same time, we save our clients considerable costs and ensure that sites are moved through the reclamation process as quickly as possible.
